Client Care and Client Charter
Most meetings are held at our office at a mutually convenient time where we have access to our financial planning systems and secure internet access to Transact where your portfolio is held.
Elderly and infirm clients meetings are normally in their home.
Clients are encouraged to contact us by phone, email etc whenever the need arises. We are always available.
It is important that clients contact us if they are concerned in any way about our service, their investments, if they wish to discuss new goals or their circumstances change. This is why we work with a limited number of clients. Service is uppermost in our minds.
